Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because Alma Bella classes, camps, programs, parties, and events require advance planning, staffing, and the purchase of materials, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled date: Customers may choose to receive a class credit for the full amount paid to be used toward another eligible Alma Bella class or program, or a refund of the amount paid minus a 20% cancellation/processing fee.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled date: Cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable and are not eligible for a class credit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for a class credit.
Registration fees, deposits, and costs for materials already purchased specifically for a participant are non-refundable.

Class Credits

Class credits may only be applied toward an eligible Alma Bella class or program and are subject to availability. Class credits cannot be used toward in-store merchandise, retail purchases, gift items, or other products.

Class credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable once issued.

Private Events & Parties

Deposits for private classes, parties, and special events are non-refundable because the date and time are reserved specifically for your group.

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations by Alma Bella

If Alma Bella cancels an event, class, or program, participants will be offered a rescheduled date, class credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
